Writer's picture: Frantzces LysFrantzces Lys

We're thrilled to announce the incredible women who make up our 2024 BGV Emerging Leaders Fellowship (ELF) program! This year, we're excited to amplify the voices of underrepresented, women-identifying entrepreneurs from not just one but four vibrant cities: New York City, Austin, Chicago, and Los Angeles!

ELF empowers passionate changemakers with the tools and resources to become agents of positive social impact within their communities. These women exemplify the program's core values: a dedication to social good, a collaborative spirit, and a relentless drive to learn and grow.

This year, we're innovating with two distinct cohorts. The first brings together inspiring founders based in New York City, while the second fosters collaboration among exceptional women from Los Angeles, Chicago, and Austin.

Meet the NYC Cohort!
